Nitelife Entertainment, a subsidiary of Performance Sound & Light, Inc., is in the business of providing turnkey entertainment management solutions to Clubs, Discos, Bowling Alleys and similar venues on a global basis. Our Value Proposition
Of the most fundamental needs of our active duty Military personnel across the globe is the need for morale-building, welfare services, and recreation / entertainment options. NiteLife is a partner of the MWR (“morale, welfare and recreation”) community in providing outsourcing services for various entertainment management packages to address this need. In that capacity, NiteLife works in conjunction with Club Managers, Bowling Alley Managers, MWR Directors, Flight Chiefs and senior Facilities personnel to manage the entertainment programs for various types of venues at our Military Bases worldwide. In addition, NiteLife provides and maintains the equipment needed at these venues, most often on some type of lease program. Finally, we provide the music and video content to be played at the venues under contract.
So NiteLife’s three-fold value proposition can be summarized as follows:
- We provide trained personnel on-Base to coordinate DJ services, music selection, promotional ideas, revenue-enhancement initiatives, and master of ceremonies/ party motivators, so to take the load off the Club Manager from having to worry about this part of managing the facility in question; and
- We also provide the sound, lighting and/or video equipment needed to run entertainment programs reliably; this takes away the need for an up-front capital outlay by the Military installation, a great selling proposition in the arena of non-appropriated funding.
- We provide the content and programming at no additional charge under a standard NiteLife contract.

How does it work?
NiteLife has long been an AFNAF-approved supplier of specialty services for the MWR sector (AFNAF contract # F41999-04-D-6022). This global contract, governing the disbursement of non-appropriated funds by the Air Force and the other branches of our Armed Services, allows customers to secure our services quickly and efficiently. Our AFNAF-approved pricing for our “entertainment services + equipment + music/video content” basic package calls for an hourly fee of $38 within CONUS and $41 OCONUS.
