First, we are the only company in the world to offer our unique flavor of entertainment services under an AFNAF contract. This means that any NAFI (Non-Appropriated Funding Instrumentality) has a pre-approved, easy way to contract for our services. No need for competitive bidding, endless price negotiations, and protracted discussions. For your non-appropriated needs, all that is required is to issue a delivery order against our contract, and case closed. Our AFNAF Price List is widely available and public for every NAFI, and makes the purchasing process extremely reliable and accountable.
Secondly, PS&L understands intimately the needs of the Military MWR community, and can operate within any budget, big or small. Based on our extensive experience, we intuitively know “what works” and what doesn’t, and our on-site personnel routinely assist Club Managers in a consulting role to devise the most attractive events and functions possible.
Third, our business model is the only of its kind in existence, and has proven to be well-liked by the MWR management worldwide. The reason is that it combines in one bundle three very diverse components – entertainment personnel (hard to find on most Bases, and certainly hard to manage for the typical Club Manager), the hardware to make the venues “rock” (this requires considerable technical knowledge nowadays!), and the music/video content (which gets very expensive fast for a Club to maintain). We combine the three items into a pay-as-you-go global contract that presently charges $38 hourly for CONUS and $41 OCONUS.
